Thanks to my teaching experience, I have a well-rounded view of the process of learning and studying with a deep understanding for the potential troubles with learning – and the conviction that these difficulties can be overcome provided that the right support is given at the right time.

My coaching is based on my belief in the ethical perspectives of Humanism and Constructivism. The individual is what I care for. I try to foster my pupils’ self-confidence at all times by working out appropriate learning strategies with each one of them individually; letting them experience their strengths, their intrinsic motivation and the different and wonderful facets of their personality. I am convinced that for every young person school should be a positive experience laying a foundation for the life-long joy of self-initiated learning.

Quoting Christopher Clouder and Martyn Rawson:

"Developing a strong self-confidence through coming to terms with the gifts and disabilities we are born with is a central task of growing up. The task then of upbringing and education is to provide a supportive environment in which the developing individual can find their way into the world with confidence and a healthy sense of themselves."
